April 22: Making Accountability Happen

Everyone wants accountability, but few find it (consistently anyway). In this conversation we’ll share concrete tactics for increasing accountability and the group will share their biggest sticking points and we’ll all work on them.

April 29: Tracking Critical Numbers

Every organization should be tracking no more than 5 critical numbers on a quarterly basis to keep everyone focused in the right areas. We’ll share our approach to identifying these numbers and discuss what metrics group members are using.

May 6:  PROPEL Office Hours (Bi-weekly starting in May!)

May 13: Culture Patterns from Our Research

Be among the first to get a sneak peak at the most important conclusions we’ve drawn from studying more than 1 million data points in our aggregate culture assessment data set. There are 8 dominant culture patterns and in this session we will share some of them and discuss the implications.
