Priority-Based Execution – Coaching for Small Staff Associations

I posted earlier this month about a new online coaching program we have launched for small-staff association leaders that is based on our coaching work with CEOs and management teams. Our coaching helps leaders build a new “operating system” for their organizations that ties together strategy, execution, and culture. The system makes sure you can actually deliver on those big promises you made in your three-year strategic plan.

The group coaching program covers the core elements of our coaching methodology over a six-month period, with monthly recorded zoom calls, plus resources and templates in our online learning platform and direct support from me.

Jamie is a co-founder and culture strategist at PROPEL, where he helps leaders create amazing workplace cultures that drive greater performance and impact. He brings thirty years of experience to his work designing and managing culture, and has specialized along the way in areas like conflict resolution and generations. Jamie is the co-author of four popular business books, including the award-winning Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement, and his fall 2023 release, Culture Change Made Easy. He holds a Master’s in conflict resolution from George Mason and a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown, where he serves as adjunct faculty.
