DISCUSSION SERIES: Culture-driven Technology Decisions for the Hybrid Workplace

February 21, 2022

*** MONTHLY DISCUSSION SERIES STARTS THIS WEEK! *** Join me and the Association Women Technology Champions (AWTC) audience in some great discussions about culture and tech!

Here’s the description…

As associations contemplate a return to the office, it’s tempting to start by talking about logistical issues – what days of the week should staff be in the office? What tech do we need? Should we redesign our meeting rooms?

Let’s flip the conversation! If we start with answering some underlying culture questions, our technology decisions should be more sustainable, meaningful, and future-focused. Join AWTC for a special workshop series where we will explore how four key culture decisions impact technology decisions for the hybrid workplace.

REGISTER

During each session, we’ll introduce the topic area and share some case studies of how other associations have approached the topic area. Then, we will take you through a facilitated conversation where we will explore the technology implications of the topic area. You’ll walk away with a better understanding of the key culture decision area and practical tips for how to approach technology decision-making at your own organization.
