Why do leaders need a growth mindset?

Because in these uncertain times, adaptability is key.  And adaptability comes from developing resilience, creativity, and agility – as individual leaders, in our teams, and throughout your organization – so that you can thrive, no matter what’s going on around you.

PROPEL can help.  Our Growth Mindset Bootcamp is available for individuals as well as for teams. The content in this 3-unit course goes deep, starting with helping you push your comfort zone (in a non-scary way) and identify ways that you might be holding yourself back from your true potential. The second unit focuses on the team level, where you’ll be able to dig into issues of trust and accountability, and it includes a particularly useful exercise for identifying areas where the team can let go of control in order to increase speed. The final section digs into culture, with access to our research on culture patterns plus some interviews with external experts addressing digital transformation and “managing up.”

This online bootcamp is available, on demand, to anyone, including private instances of the online course where you and your colleagues to work through the content together.  Additionally you’ll get three 1-hour live coaching calls over zoom to help process and integrate your learning.

Now is the time to invest in leadership training that can build your resilience and agility. You can read more about the course here, or feel free to reach out and set up a call to discuss it in more detail.
