Our Coaching Program is Now Available for Small-Staff Associations

By now you are probably aware of the culture-driven performance coaching program we launched in early 2021. It is rooted in a system that we created for integrating culture, strategy, and execution, and it is customized for associations. We help leaders put in place building blocks at all three levels that position them for greater success:

Strategy. You must reduce your strategic thinking cycle down to three-month increments and maintain a strategic line of sight, from short term to long term, that everyone connects to.

Execution. There must be zero confusion about accountability and clear systems of information flow and metrics that speed up execution.

Culture. You must be able to sense where your culture is generating friction, and then respond with process, structure, or technology changes that will improve results right away.

The private coaching program starts at $1,500 per month, and we work one-on-one with CEOs (or the whole management team) to put the system in place through monthly calls and individualized feedback and support. We recognize that not every association can afford that level of investment, particularly those in the “small staff” category. Yet this system for integrating culture, strategy, and execution is just as critical to small association success and growth as it is for larger ones—maybe even more so.

So we are launching a Group Coaching program designed specifically for leaders of small associations. In six months, we’ll get you set up with the basics of the PROPEL SYSTEM, including quarterly priorities, a new internal meeting system, and more effective metrics. You will join a cohort with at least five other association executives, and we’ll run six live zoom sessions (one per month), with homework that you complete in between the sessions, supported by online resources and templates. That way the live sessions are focused on application and feedback from the coach. We even have one session where you can bring in a volunteer leader to participate as we explore the board’s role in supporting this system of strategic execution.

The six-month program has a flat fee of $1,500. We will launch the first cohort as soon as we have enough participants, so if you are interested, please sign up here and we’ll let you know when you can officially enroll.

Enter your information below to indicate your interest. We need a minimum of 6 people to form a cohort – we’ll let you know as soon as we have enough for a group. Want to start sooner? Invite your friends!
