We were already pretty clear on our core values but struggled to turn them into action ourselves. When we brought PROPEL in, they helped us break those values down to the level of individual behaviors. We finished with a much better sense of what our culture looks like on a day-to-day basis, and now we can more easily see when we’re off track—and then fix it. They told me going into the project that culture needed to be a concrete tool for making your organization successful, and that’s exactly what we’re doing now.
