Join us on Tuesday (or register to watch the recording) of this great conversation Jamie will be having with Rene Shonerd from Cimatri. Formal info is below, but the webinar is about how the IT department is often the first port of call for questions about change in the workplace.  But are they enabling change in the right way? Or are they being a roadblock?  What does “new” really look like in practical terms for the folks who are ostensibly at the front lines in the association world?

Title: How Execs Can Prepare IT Culture for the Post-COVID Workplace

Date: Tuesday, October 12, 2021

Time: 2:00pm EST

Re-evaluating “IT Culture” may not be on your to-do list as employees return to the office, but it’s more important than you realize. IT has a huge role in your new “hybrid” workplace, but is your IT group adjusting to today’s new reality, or are they stuck in a command-and-control past?

In this webinar, culture expert Jamie Notter and IT expert Rene Shonerd join forces to shine a light on how specific trends in workplace culture are putting demands on your IT staff that they might not be prepared for. They’ll present concrete solutions to ensure your IT culture is ready for this new challenge.

What you’ll learn in this webinar:

  • How the pandemic is permanently changing the way IT does it’s job
  • How to change your IT culture to become more agile and innovative
  • How to integrate your IT culture with your overall culture
