It’s been a while since I posted a “speaking circuit” post, wow!  Gotta admit, I am perfectly happy to not leave the house. I have turned into a hobbit, happily going from kitchen to garden and that’s about it…  However, I am super excited to let you know that Jamie and I will both be out and about in December!

If you’re going to Nashville for Digital Now, come see Jamie’s session:

Workshop – Achieving Growth by Integrating Strategy, Execution and Culture

Thursday December 9, 3:20 pm ET

Many associations struggle with defaulting to what they’ve always done or being too busy to develop anything new or focus on growth. There is a way out of that trap, but it requires making changes simultaneously to the way you do strategy, execution, and culture (which is not as hard as you think). In this session, association CEO Cliff Johnson and consultant Jamie Notter will break down the work that Cliff and his management team have been doing to build a system that intentionally drives both growth and continuous accountability, rooted in a clear culture that can be managed intentionally like any other internal function.

And yes I will be there too!  PROPEL will have a table so please come visit us!

And then the week after, it’s time for ASAE TEC

Jamie and Eugene Terk from Align will be presenting on strategic line of sight for IT strategy…

Create a Disciplined System for Implementing Your IT Strategy

December 15, 2021 10:15 AM – 11:00 am ET

In this hands-on session, the presenters will take you through a rapid process for translating that high-level IT strategy into a set of annual and quarterly priorities that will drive more effective execution, transparency, and accountability. They’ll give you an example strategic plan from a real association to work with, or you can use parts of your own, but either way they’ll give you tools and templates to turn your strategy into concrete, measurable priorities backed my leading metrics that will help you make continuous adjustments based on your changing environment.

And I’ll be facilitating a fun fishbowl discussion about digital transformation with the super smart Elizabeth Weaver Engel, Chief Strategist at Spark Consulting, Rick Bawcum, CEO of Cimatri and Prabhash Shrestha, Group Executive Vice President & Chief Digital Strategy Officer, Independent Community Bankers of America:
