Step 1: See your culture patterns.

We start with our own culture assessment (the comprehensive WorkXO Assessment, or our newer, simplified Culture Pattern Assessment), drawn from decades of research and experience. Instead of telling you if your culture is “good” or “bad” in the abstract, it tells you how your culture really works, identifying the underlying patterns that either support or interfere with your success as an organization.

Step 2: Prioritize your culture change.

Once you see your patterns, we’ll help you dig into the data and identify a short list of priorities for your culture work that will have the biggest impact on your success. These are not core values—they are behavior-based priorities, tied specifically to key issues in both your culture and your operating environment that will make the most difference, right now.

Step 3: Start running culture plays.

The most important deliverable will be your Culture Playbook—a prioritized set of targeted activities and internal changes that will make a more effective culture both real and permanent. You’ll develop an extensive list of possible activities—from low-hanging fruit, to meaningful improvements, to larger, often HR-focused, infrastructural interventions. You’ll pick the best ones to pitch to management for approval and immediate implementation. In other words, you’ll be fixing your culture, and unlocking performance.

Three Options:

TOTAL. Our most comprehensive option engaging your entire staff and building a platform for ongoing culture management, this includes our full WorkXO Culture Assessment and works through the initial implementation of your playbook (12 months, starts at $48,000).

TARGETED. In this more focused option, we work with your senior team to develop priorities and a playbook focused on specific strategic issues in your culture, like preparing your culture for the AI revolution. The targeted approach allows us to move to implementation faster (6 months, starts at $24,000).

TEAM. Our “ground-up” option focuses on the culture and behaviors of a single, in-tact team. We’ll still do the culture pattern assessment and develop priorities and a playbook, but the focus will be on team effectiveness and how to connect to your existing workplace culture. (3 months, starts at $12,000).

With all of our options, you can add on culture change implementation coaching in six-month increments for as long as you need it.
